Imaginary Content is an eCommerce content agency located in Norwalk, CT, specializing in creating high-quality content across all platforms. As a woman-owned agency and WOSB certified, we pride ourselves on delivering best-in-class content that drives conversion in the digital marketplace. Our award-winning broadcast design division is known for its legendary creatives who consistently push boundaries and win accolades. We are SONO based in a beautiful new HQ that includes a full built out content studio.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site, entry level role for an Executive Assistant at Imaginary Content in Norwalk, CT. The role involves providing executive administrative assistance, assist in the planning and organization of projects, general office assistant tasks as needed. A change to our previous posting- this job will provide full support for founder + CEO including up to 50% personal support that may include errands, household management, personal appointments. You must be a flexible, creative problem solver and possess an overall can-do attitude. Great opportunity to learn about agency and small business workings from the inside. We have promoted the last person in this position.


Qualifications

  • Experience in providing administrative assistance in an office setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in G Suite and Apple based computers
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Experience in the creative industry is a plus
