Entry Level Disclosure Desk Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Our client is seeking an entry-level administrative support role responsible for handling routine, repeatable clerical and mailroom functions that support daily office operations Responsibilities Process all inbound and outbound mail, including retrieving daily mail, date stamping, opening, scanning, logging, and timely delivery via USPS and FedEx. Scan, index, and electronically file correspondence and documents received from clients, taxing authorities, and purchasers to ensure accurate recordkeeping. Log correspondence, revenue, and royalty payments in accordance with established procedures.

Maintain hard copy files, perform document shredding as directed, and support large-scale scanning projects, including materials received from offsite storage. Process and forward ad valorem tax notices and bills for closed accounts to clients or designated responsible parties. Greet visitors, maintain visitor logs, and provide basic front desk and clerical support.

Support general office operations, including breakroom upkeep and other routine administrative or clerical duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Up to one (1) year of related clerical, administrative, mailroom, or office support experience.

Ability to perform repetitive, routine tasks with accuracy and consistency. Basic computer skills, including scanning, emailing, and working within shared file systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to follow established procedures and instructions with limited supervision. Dependable, punctual, and able to manage daily responsibilities consistently.
