Job description

The Family Support Worker works as part of the CUA Support Team focusing on achieving the objectives as established in the Single Case Plan. Under the direction of the CUA Case Manager, the Family Support Worker assists the Case Manager with all activities necessary to help ensure permanency for youth in their own communities. The Family Support Workers is responsible for assessing the social service needs of participants, providing direct and indirect services and referrals, and engaging participants in various activities and leadership roles through mentoring and training.
