Our Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions are a great opportunity for those considering careers in Psychology, Nursing, Medical Assisting, and other healthcare related fields. These are entry level positions with room for growth, and can be a stepping stone for someone looking to get in the workforce. Bios Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) work hands on as a Caregiver/Companion with people with intellectual disabilities to teach skills and provide supports to allow people to live as independently as possible in their homes and be involved in their communities the way they want to.
Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) assists individuals with a disability to lead a self-directed life and contribute to the community, assists with activities of daily living if needed, and encourages attitudes and behaviors to enhance community inclusion. Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) may provide supports to a person with a disability at home, work, school, church, and other community places. Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) advocate for people, in communicating their needs, self-expression and goals.
This is a great job for anyone who has worked as an Entry Level Staff, worked on Retail, worked as a Cashier. You do not need any previous experience! If you have worked with people as a Store Clerk, Hospitality Warehouse. You will be great for this job! People who do have experience in Human Services such as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) or In-home Caregiver excel working as a DSP. We get people scheduled right away! We are hiring Immediately and get you trained right away!

โ€ข Able to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds to provide services below
โ€ข Good written and verbal communication skills
โ€ข Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
