Personnel Security Administrator Junior – TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph The Developmental Security Administrator provides entry-level administrative and data entry support for the Sponsor’s security operations. The role focuses on the accurate initiation of security cases and the organized maintenance of physical and electronic security records. Clearance:  TS/SCI w Full Scope Polygraph Location:  Herndon, VA Responsibilities:  * Case Initiation: Efficiently open security actions and maintain records; required to initiate an average of eight (8) cases per day.
* Data Integrity: Perform prescreen duties to detect errors or omissions in submitted materials; follow up with customers to obtain missing information.
* Administrative Support: Maintain and update records, conduct data entry, redact sensitive information, and protect PII using "need to know" principles.
* Technical Support: Facilitate the adjudicative process by printing, scanning, and uploading documents to electronic files; respond to OGA clearance certification inquiries. Minimum Requirements:   * High School Diploma or GED + 1 year of experience in data entry and security processing/verification.
* High level of personal integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and classified information discreetly.
* Ability to operate customer-specific automated systems for case tracking and standard office equipment.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet strict Sponsor productivity standards.
