TrackFive is searching for a talented full-time, entry-level Digital Sales Representative. The TrackFive sales team without a DSR is like Maverick without Goose. It just isn't as good. The DSR plays a prominent and crucial role in the sales process as they make the initial connection and build rapport with a prospect. The ultimate goal of this role is to gain valuable insight about a prospective client while also educating them about our products. The DSR sets the groundwork which has the potential to directly influence an increase in sales and company revenue.
Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of TrackFive's brands and relevant industries
  • Effectively prioritize prospects based on data collected
  • Diligently connect with prospects through email and phone communication
  • Maintain detailed and thorough records in CRM software system
  • Build rapport with prospects and gain valuable insight into the company's needs and opportunities
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to qualify and recommend potential solutions for the prospect and create opportunities for the T5 sales team
  • Exceed daily call volume metrics
  • Schedule product demos with prospects and Account Executives

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or relevant work experience
Travel Required: Potential for 1-2 weeks per year
