  • Upsell promotions and custom options to maximize store sales.
  • Keep the storefront organized, clean, and well-stocked.

Social Media & Marketing:

  • Meet with management daily/weekly to plan digital posts, promotions, and event schedules.
  • Photograph and record video of products, custom gear, and shop production.
  • Work with our graphics team to obtain artwork assets for promotional posts.
  • Post daily content and engage with customers across our social media platforms.

Schedule & Hours

  • Hours: 25–40 hours per week (Flexible based on candidate availability).
  • Store Hours:
    • Monday – Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
    • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Requirements: Must be available to close 1–2 Thursdays per month (until 6:00 PM) and work 1–2 Saturdays per month (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level retail sales or customer service experience.
  • Hands-on experience creating and posting social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic cash handling and POS system experience.
  • Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
