Our solutions play a critical role in optimizing industrial processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring sustainable operations. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a technically proficient and highly motivated Office Clerk.

The Office Clerk will perform a variety of general office and accounting, marketing and administrative activities by performing the following duties personally or through collaboration with other company personnel.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with modern business software and digital systems.

Our office relies heavily on technology, and success in this role requires a willingness to embrace digital workflows, learn new systems, and work efficiently in a paperless setting.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Entrylevel Office Clerk to support daily office operations through general administrative and clerical tasks. This role helps ensure efficient office operations and excellent customer service while supporting marketing, warehouse, and office staff. 

Work Schedule & Location Requirements

  • This is a full-time, on-site position
  • Attendance is required five days per week at our Ravenna facility
  • Standard work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
  • Includes a 30 minutes unpaid lunch break
  • Candidates must reside within a 30-minute commuting distance of the facility

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with coordination
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office
  • Support document management in a paperless environment
  • Assist with office coordination and administrative tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff

Technology & Systems

This position works daily with:

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • ERP systems (proAlpha experience a plus; training provided)
  • CRM systems such as Salesforce (experience preferred but not required)

Comfort with learning and using new technology is essential.
