We are looking for an experienced, ambitious software developer who wants more than just writing code in isolation. This is an inoffice role. We are not hiring remote contractors or virtual-only developers. We want someone who will sit in the office, learn our business endtoend, understand how our systems are actually used by real people, and help us build, fix, and improve internal platforms that drive operations.
-Youll work handson with leadership, operations, and technical systemsand youll be expected to suggest better solutions, not just follow tickets.

What Youll Do
  • Build, maintain, and improve internal business systems using the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Work extensively with Dataverse / Dynamics, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365
  • Design, fix, and optimize workflows that support real operational use
  • Develop and refine Copilot Studio agents and AIassisted processes
  • Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) confidently to speed up development and problemsolving
  • Work directly in the office with users to understand pain points and improve systems
  • Proactively recommend smarter, cleaner, more scalable solutions
MustHave Requirements (NonNegotiable)
  • Microsoft Certified (Power Platform / Dynamics / Azure / M365 related)
  • Strong experience with Dataverse & Dynamics
  • Deep familiarity with Microsoft 365
