Job description

Business Development Representative
Company: Patriot Mobile
Location: Grapevine, Texas
Job Type: Full Time
Patriot Mobile (PM) is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider. We offer broad coverage on dependable, nationwide 4G or 5G LTE networks. We are committed to providing our members with reliable wireless service and exceptional support while relentlessly fighting for our shared values. Patriot Mobile donates a portion of every dollar earned to support organizations that fight for First Amendment Religious Freedom and Freedom of Speech, Second Amendment Right to Bear Arms, Sanctity of Life, and the needs of our Veterans and First Responders.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our B2B sales team. As a BDR, you will be at the forefront of our revenue engine, responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. You will play a critical role in building pipeline by identifying potential customers, sparking initial conversations, and setting qualified meetings for our Account Executives and Sales Advisors. The ability to effectively communicate Patriot Mobile's mission to existing and new strategic partners will contribute to your success. The B2B BDR will report to the Director of Enterprise Sales.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn/social outreach, and other channels to engage decision-makers in target accounts.
• Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICP), uncovering pain points and tailoring messaging to demonstrate the value of our solutions and company's mission.
• Qualify inbound leads and outbound responses through discovery conversations to assess fit, needs, and buying intent.
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings/demos with Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoffs with detailed context.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to optimize strategies, campaigns, and pipeline velocity.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and interactions in our CRM, HubSpot.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for activities, qualified opportunities, and pipeline contribution.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to deliver credible, value-driven outreach.
• Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events. Build a strong professional network to support business development efforts.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to quickly learn, analyze situations, and make decisions which support the mission of Patriot Mobile.
• Experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or related fields (entry-level candidates with strong hustle and communication skills encouraged to apply).
• Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven environment with resilience in handling rejection.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - clear, concise, and persuasive.
• Track record of achieving goals in competitive settings (e.g., athletics, academics, previous roles)
  • Curiosity and coachability: eager to learn sales methodologies, tools, our solutions, and our mission and values.

Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in a variety of spaces to include cubicles, counter, and or desk areas.
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
