Duration: Initial 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension based on performance
Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic, business-driven IT Business Development Consultant to join our growing IT staffing and consulting team.
entry level candidates with a strong interest in IT business development, sales, client relations, and staffing are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain direct relationships with IT end clients and prime vendors across the U.S. private sector.
Lead and support early-stage pre-sales activities, including discovery calls, requirements gathering, and opportunity qualification.
Identify, develop, and introduce new business opportunities aligned with our IT consulting, staffing, and software solutions.
Clearly articulate and position our service capabilities, value propositions, and solution offerings to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful client engagement and fulfillment.
