Civil Engineer (Entry-Level / Recent Graduates Welcome)Launch Your Career in Civil Engineering

In this role, youโ€™ll collaborate with experienced engineers, build your technical skillset, and grow into a key contributor on meaningful projects.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Contribute to the design of land and site development projects, with increasing independence as your skills grow
  • Perform engineering calculations and analyses to support project design decisions
  • Assist in preparing site plans, reports, and permit documentation
  • Use tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydrologic modeling software to solve design challenges related to grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater
  • Work closely with drafters to translate concepts into detailed technical drawings
  • Research applicable codes, standards, and design options, and summarize findings clearly
  • Support project managers with task tracking, budgeting, and coordination
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and actively incorporate feedback into your work
  • Take on increasing responsibility and ownership of design tasks as you develop professionally
