We're looking for a motivated, hands-on
Entry-Level Engineer to join our Operations team. In this role, you'll support the daily operation of a world-class engineering facility, strengthen our technical capabilities, and collaborate across disciplines to keep our prototype and validation programs running at peak performance. ResponsibilitiesFacility Engineering & Technical Operations- Support daily operations of ATC's facility, validation areas, and prototype build shop.
- Support day-to-day operations with a strong focus on quality, safety, and environmental compliance - ensuring all activities align with ATC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of engineering equipment - including hydraulic systems, cooling towers, PLC-controlled rigs, chassis dynos, and other test infrastructure.
- Lead and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs while partnering closely with facility maintenance teams and external vendors.
- Drive site improvement initiatives by planning, scoping, and executing facility upgrade projects.
- General labor around facility and other tasks as assigned.
- Willing to perform duties on-site, not remote.
Capital Engineering & Capability Growth- Working with cross functional development teams to investigate needed technologies on-site to support the development, build, and validation of emerging technologies.
- Investigate, plan, propose, source, implement, and commission turnkey solutions for new site capabilities needed to support the development of market leading products.
- Support layout design using CAD for equipment, facility planning, and workflow optimization.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science

- Comfortable translating requirements into statements of work and equipment specifications.
- Skilled at working with suppliers, evaluating technologies, and coordinating capital projects.
- Capable of installing, commissioning, and validating new equipment and facility upgrades.
- Familiar with CAD for layouts and equipment design.
- Eager to learn how to maintain and repair engineering equipment across a range of systems.
- Proficient with basic Microsoft Office tools.
