Job Summary:

BD is seeking an entrylevel Warehouse Order Picker / Operator to join our team at our Zelienople, PA facility. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow a career in warehouse and supply chain operations. No prior warehouse experience is required-we are willing to train the right candidate.

This position supports daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. The ideal candidate is detailoriented, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently

  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments

  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities

  • Label, package, and stage materials for shipment

  • Track inventory and maintain accurate documentation

  • Use internal systems (ERP/WMS) for order and inventory tracking (training provided)

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Follow quality, safety, and compliance standards

  • Support other departments and warehouse functions as needed


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Entrylevel candidates encouraged to apply - training provided

  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or orderpicking experience is a plus but not required

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day

  • Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fastpaced environment

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
