We are looking for a motivated Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join a team and deliver dependable technical support to employees and clients. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys solving everyday technology issues, communicating clearly with users, and building a foundation in IT support. The role offers hands-on experience with desktop systems, common business applications, and user support processes in an environment that values learning and skill development.
Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line technical assistance for hardware, desktop, and basic software issues affecting end users.
• Respond to service desk requests in a timely manner, document resolutions clearly, and keep ticket records up to date.
• Troubleshoot problems related to Microsoft Windows 10, user workstations, and standard office applications.
• Support account access and user administration tasks within Active Directory, including routine account maintenance.
• Assist users with setup, configuration, and basic connectivity issues involving desktops, peripherals, and networked equipment.
• Escalate more complex incidents when needed while maintaining clear communication with users and internal support teams.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by explaining technical solutions in a simple, clear manner.
• Participate in training and continuous learning activities to expand technical knowledge and strengthen support capabilities.• Previous experience assisting users in a help desk, desktop support, or similar technical support environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, including Windows 10 administration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory for basic user and account support tasks.
• Ability to diagnose common hardware, software, and connectivity problems using sound troubleshooting methods.
• Experience managing or updating service desk tickets with accurate notes and status changes.
• Understanding of standard network devices and general desktop support practices.
