Entry level designers may work in fields such as graphic design, web design, or industrial design, and are expected to have a foundational understanding of design principles and software like Adobe Creative Suite. The goal is to build practical skills, gain experience, and develop a professional portfolio to advance in the field.

We're expanding our Midtown Manhattan office and are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Marketing Assistants. This is a face-to-face B2B marketing and sales position where you'll represent nationally recognized clients, interact directly with business customers, and support the execution and management of in-person marketing campaigns.
This is not a digital marketing, social media, SEO, graphic design, advertising, or content creation role.

Instead, you'll learn how successful face-to-face marketing campaigns are planned, launched, executed, monitored, and managed, while developing valuable skills in communication, customer engagement, sales, leadership, and business development.
No previous marketing experience is required. We provide paid training, one-on-one coaching, and hands-on development to help you build the skills needed to grow into campaign management and leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of face-to-face B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Represent client brands professionally during in-person customer interactions and marketing initiatives.
  • Engage directly with business customers and communicate product and service information clearly.
  • Support the sales component of marketing campaigns by identifying customer needs and presenting relevant solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive professional relationships with customers and clients.
  • Assist with tracking campaign activity, customer feedback, and performance.
  • Participate in campaign planning, team meetings, training sessions, and daily coaching.
  • Learn campaign management processes, including preparation, execution, performance tracking, and team coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activity.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign, client, and office goals.
  • Develop the communication, sales, organizational, and leadership skills needed for future advancement.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and clients face-to-face throughout the workday.
  • Professional, dependable, and organized.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Motivated by personal and professional growth.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, or marketing is a plus but not required.
  • Entry-level applicants and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
What We Offer
  • Paid training from experienced marketing and business professionals.
  • Hands-on training in face-to-face marketing and campaign management.
  • One-on-one coaching and ongoing mentorship.
  • Training in customer engagement, sales, business development, and leadership.
  • Performance-based advancement opportunities.
  • Full-time W-2 employment.
  • Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.
  • Supportive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Clear opportunities for long-term career growth.
