A detail-oriented, quality-driven approach and strong follow-through are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Structural Design Support
  • Prepare engineering calculations and design checks under supervision (load paths, gravity framing, basic lateral checks, member sizing, and detailing coordination).
  • Support structural analysis/modeling and help develop structural design deliverables (plans, details, schedules, calculation packages).
  • Translate design intent into clear markups and coordinate updates with drafting/modeling resources.
Drawings, Submittals & Technical Coordination
  • Review structural drawings and project documents for consistency, constructability, and coordination with architectural/MEP/civil interfaces.
  • Support responses to RFIs and submittals by gathering background, confirming criteria, and drafting technical responses for senior review.
  • Track and resolve structural coordination items and ensure timely follow-through.
