About Us:
We are a quickly growing computer repair and sales center located in the heart of San Francisco. We have an immediate opening for an entry level, full time Customer Relationship Management position. This is a great opportunity to work in a fun, dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging environment with opportunity for advancement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The main duties include but are not limited to:
  • Answering and returning phone calls, voicemails, and emails
  • Receiving customers for repairs and sales
  • Craigslist, E Bay, and Amazon posting and management
  • Creating ads for POP and promotions
  • Sales and repair lead follow up
  • Database/ POS system updating
  • In person, phone, and email customer service
  • Front of house organization
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Systemization of maintenance responsibility delegation
  • Maintaining a professional image and attitude
  • Receiving and preparing shipments
  • Accessory inventory management, restocking, pricing, and labeling
  • Managing RMA for malfunctioning items
  • Restocking of office supplies
  • General errands and other tasks

Special Skills, Experience, and Requirements:
  • Experience and strong interest in Apple Macintosh hardware and software
  • Strong sales and customer service background
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficiency of Apple Macintosh software and software configuration
  • Proficiency of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 software, and Windows 8 configuration
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Some knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

  • CA state issued drivers license required
