Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Estimator/Scheduler to join our Project Services Team. This is an entry-level position and is based out of Denver, CO.

Your Role
  • Support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully.
  • Perform estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, invoice processing, and financial tracking activities.
  • Assist with production of project Master Schedules, contractor schedule review and analysis, time extension analysis, change management, contractor coordination, and compliance monitoring.
  • Maintain project records and databases, validates project information, prepares reports and analyses, and supports project communication and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
  • EXPERIENCE:
    • Prior internship experience in construction preferred
  • EDUCATION
    • Completion of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field from an accredited college/university.
  • SPECIAL SKILLS
    • Experience with electronic takeoff software, Primavera P6 or other scheduling software, and Bluebeam or other pdf editing software
    • Understanding of basic construction concepts and terminology preferred and understanding of basic construction scheduling concepts.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
