The Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly reliable Privacy Specialist to join our growing team. This is a critical, client-facing role responsible for safeguarding individuals' digital footprints and delivering a high-trust, high-impact service.
This is not a typical entry-level support role-this position requires strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to manage sensitive information with precision and discretion.
What You'll Do
  • Proactively identify, track, and remove sensitive personal information from online sources
  • Manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and high-quality service delivery
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding progress, updates, and resolutions
  • Troubleshoot complex cases and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client outcomes
