We are a small, growing team looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Analyst to support our consultants and the smooth running of the business.

Role Description

The Analyst role at Ethylene Strategies International Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in The Woodlands, TX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and refresh PowerPoint presentations for regular client meetings with the latest charts, data, and analysis
  • Maintain an organized library/database of slides and presentation materials and work with existing Excel models to keep these current.
  • Prepare presentations and supporting meeting materials for client discussions
  • Arrange client meetings and client entertainment events
  • Assist with website content and updates
  • Provide general office administration support, including purchasing office supplies and coordinating with office service providers
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as the firm grows

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, visualization software)
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.
  • Background or coursework in economics, finance, engineering, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Knowledge of energy, petrochemicals, or commodity markets is highly beneficial; willingness to learn sector-specific dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • High level of integrity, professional judgment, and commitment to producing high-quality work.
