Data Analytics Coordinator
Job Summary
Bloom Ads is looking for an ambitious Data Analytics Coordinator to conduct research and provide actionable insights derived from campaign performance for our clients. In this role, you will compile media performance data, analyze results, and report findings to key agency stakeholders.
As an entry level Analytics Coordinator at Bloom Ads, you will work closely with and report to the Data Solutions Supervisor to help provide our clients with powerful data about their media strategies. You will assist in developing compelling, actionable insights through quantitative analysis, innovative thinking, and storytelling with data. In this role, you will be responsible for producing campaign reports and analyses, consolidating learnings across campaigns, identifying opportunities for efficiencies, and performing other related duties as assigned.
This is an in-office position based in our Woodland Hills office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
General Responsibilities:
  • Update reports with campaign information and support presentation compilation.
  • Assist Media and Data Ops teams in compiling post-analytic data and post-campaign reports.
  • Manage advertising opportunity requests.
  • Assist with TV, digital, radio, OOH, and print dashboard data collection and consolidation.

Data & Analytics Responsibilities:
  • Track performance of cross-channel paid media campaigns.
  • Access internal, publisher, and vendor dashboards to identify meaningful analytics based on campaign performance.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Collaborate with Media and Account teams to review paid media efforts and determine strengths and weaknesses by channel, ad unit, platform, and other relevant factors.
  • Monitor dashboards for optimal performance marketing.
  • Perform ongoing data QA to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data used for reporting and analysis.
  • Stay up to date with media trends, advanced analytics, and best practices as they pertain to reporting data.

Knowledge and Skills Required
  • 1 year of marketing, advertising, or related analytics experience preferred.
  • Self-starter who is highly motivated, takes initiative, maintains a positive demeanor, and is an excellent collaborator and communicator.
  • Strong team player with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate in an effective, concise, persuasive, articulate, and confident manner both written and verbally.
  • Ability to understand the media strategy and marketing process and work efficiently and effectively with partners as directed by senior team members.
  • College degree required; preference for Statistics, Math, Business, Marketing, or other related field of study.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools such as Datorama (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence) a plus.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Workspace equivalents.

Compensation Range
$45,000 - $60,000 / year (Depending on Experience)
This is the pay range Bloom Ads reasonably expects it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the level of experience, relevant skills, professional certifications, market pay, and demand for the role. Bloom Ads reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
