Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented PWA Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level role with a strong emphasis on willingness to learn, organization, and communication. You will support prevailing wage (PWA) compliance by entering and tracking wage data, working with both internal teams and external contractors, and helping ensure all required information is submitted accurately and on time.
No prior PWA experience is required. We will train the right candidate who is dependable, eager to learn, and ready to take on responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-volume data entry of wage and labor information with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Help ensure all internal teams and external contractors submit required PWA data into LCP on a weekly basis
  • Review submitted data for completeness and follow up on missing or incorrect information
  • Assist with quarterly data verification processes with Baker Tilly
  • Track and help coordinate any required corrections, restitution payments, or penalties
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal staff, contractors, HR, and payroll teams
  • Serve as a helpful point of contact for basic PWA-related questions
  • Assist in training and guiding contractors, HR teams, and payroll staff on submission processes (with support)
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Take initiative to learn new processes and support additional projects as needed
