Description

The Rep Data Entry Operation Remediation is responsible for remediation, preparation, and clearing of items routed to specific sort workstations by including missing shipping information to the item and in the system to allow for accurate routing and billing within the sortation system.

Responsibilities

Conduct a visual review of items routed via the sortation system to assess missing information and determine the resolution    
Respond to requests from customers to ascertain which product/service or information is required
Scan barcodes, reprint and/or over-label as needed for resolution   
Data entry of destination and shipment information to ensure packages are correctly routed (US/ International Shipments)   
Prepare and ensure paperwork is completed as appropriate for the package   
Escalate unresolved issues of missing information to Customer Shipment Resolution (CSR)    
Use or maintain organization assets (e.g., machinery, equipment, vehicles, computers) in accordance with established guidelines.   
Work with multiple software applications and programs simultaneously to troubleshoot and add the missing information

Completion of vocational and business courses commonly taught at the high school level.
