Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and mail distribution
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain and update company databases and records
  • Assist with light accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial data entry
  • Support other departments as needed with clerical and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of administrative experience
  • Some accounting experience or coursework preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
