The Account Representative will play a key role in managing health benefit enrollments, employee contributions, and COBRA applications while supporting overall benefits administration.

  • Process healthcare enrollments, elections, and monthly employee/employer contributions
  • Reconcile monthly work and payment reports
  • Review, process, and maintain COBRA coverage applications
  • Pull key details from contracts and accurately input data into internal spreadsheets
