Customer Service RepresentativeLocation

Plymouth, MI

Schedule

Candidates must have availability 7 days a week between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM and be able to work five 8-hour shifts per week based on business needs.

Position Overview

We are seeking customer-focused professionals to join a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will handle high-volume inbound calls and occasional follow-up calls, assisting customers with prior authorization inquiries, general account questions, and confidential information. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to accurately navigate multiple systems while maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls and follow-up communications.
  • Answer questions regarding prior authorizations and general inquiries.
  • Accurately enter and update customer information across multiple systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive customer information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication.
  • Document customer interactions and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Meet quality and accuracy standards in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Manage approximately 50 to 100 calls per day, depending on call complexity.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience within the last 2 to 3 years.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
  • Stable work history with at least 1 year of tenure in previous roles.
  • Professional communication and problem-solving skills.
