You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and ensure alignment with Raytheon's Quality Management Systems (QMS) and operational standards, including AS9100 requirements. What You Will Do: Process Improvement Initiatives * Assist in identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement opportunities across various departments, including Fabrication, Assembly, Inspection, and Test (FAIT).
* Support the development and execution of Qualification Plans for deliverable production hardware in compliance with AS9100 standards. Data Collection and Analysis * Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
* Utilize metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Collaboration and Communication * Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, and Quality, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders and leadership. Training and Documentation * Assist in the development and delivery of training materials to support process improvement initiatives.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, procedures, and improvement activities. Compliance and Standards * Ensure all process improvement activities comply with Raytheon's internal policies, procedures, and external industry standards.

Qualifications You Must Have: * Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
* Relevant experience is working in a manufacturing / production line environment or operations environment
* Continuous Improvement (CI) experience (e.g. Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean, etc.)
* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or Manufacturing Engineering
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
