RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

    • Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, con erns, and issues promptly and effectively.

    • Assists in receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating and coordinating the operational and personnel policies and procedures.

    • Assists in inventory control levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with the data storage system.
    • Assists in completing warehouse operational requirements and following up on work results.
    • Obtain certification on a forklift/pallet jack/high reach or other required equipment.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

    • At least one year of warehouse leadership experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
    • Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.

    • Ability to work independently without supervision.
    • Flexibility with hours: the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.20 per hour, with exact compensation determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
