Position Overview

We are seeking a Financial Data Analyst (Entry-Level) to join our audit services team. In this role, you will analyze client spend data to identify policy violations, trends, sourcing opportunities, and off-contract spend.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to build strong analytical, audit, and client-facing skills. You will work with large datasets, uncover meaningful insights, and communicate findings that help organizations improve compliance and reduce risk.

You will also play a key role in supporting and testing our internal AI platform, Minerva, helping ensure data quality and performance as we continue to expand our capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets using internal tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Review financial transactions and supporting documentation for policy compliance
  • Deliver findings to clients and respond to questions with clear, professional communication
  • Organize and manage client data, reports, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Identify supplier categories and lines of business within spend data
  • Conduct investigative analysis to detect patterns, anomalies, and potential issues
  • Perform quality assurance on reports and audit outputs
  • Prepare and manage datasets for analysis (including data intake, validation, and processing)
  • Maintain client-specific configurations within internal software tools
  • Support coordination of customer training sessions and communications
  • Assist with uploading, testing, and validating data within our AI platform
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and tools through feedback and testing
