Job Overview:
We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Data Analyst to join our Financial Planning organization within a leading financial services firm. This entry-level role will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing business metrics, dashboards, and reporting that enable leaders to effectively manage performance, report results to senior leaders, and inform strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key business performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and drivers of business results.
  • Support the creation and monitoring of KPIs used to manage team performance and business outcomes.
  • Prepare reporting and insights for leadership reviews, business updates, and strategic planning discussions.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used in reporting and analytics.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests and perform analyses to support decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and streamline reporting processes.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analytics and reporting role
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.

Pay Range:
$32.58-$54.27/hour
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
