Location: New York, NY (100% In person)
Employment Type: Salaried, Full-Time
Compensation: $60,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (On-Target Earnings: $85,000)
The Opportunity
We're looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to help introduce Agency's products and services to fast-growing technology companies.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience who wants to build a long-term career selling professional services to founders, CTOs, CISOs, compliance leaders, and executive teams.
You'll work directly with experienced Account Executives, learning how enterprise organizations evaluate audit firms, purchase SOC 2 engagements, and build long-term compliance programs.
High-performing SDRs will have a defined path toward becoming an Account Executive.
What You'll Do
  • Prospect outbound through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Schedule and conduct initial discovery meetings
  • Research prospective clients and identify decision-makers
  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership
  • Learn cybersecurity, compliance, and audit concepts to effectively communicate with prospects
  • Consistently achieve and exceed activity and meeting goals
  • Close small startup and partner deals on your own
  • Work on inside sales and renewals

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience
  • Experience selling B2B products or professional services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn technical concepts
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft, or similar sales tools is a plus
