As an Identity and Access Management - Sr Associate, you will focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients. Your work will involve designing and implementing strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. In this role within our Technology Consulting practice, you will engage with clients to identify vulnerabilities and develop secure systems. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Your ability to interpret data will inform insights and recommendations, helping to uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards. This position offers a chance to deepen your understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while contributing to safeguarding sensitive data through advanced cybersecurity strategies.

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
