Summary
Part Time position. Assists Information Technology department in resolving basic issues and problems by performing the below functions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities 
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, phones, and business applications.
Assist users with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, email, and common business software applications.
Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and basic network connectivity issues.
Setup, configure, repair, and deploy PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
Assist with server maintenance, system updates, patching, and inventory tracking.
Support network infrastructure including switches, wireless access points, VPN connectivity, and firewalls.
Participate in cybersecurity initiatives including endpoint protection, password management, and security awareness.
Document technical procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions.

Assist in developing training materials and provide end-user training when needed.

Coordinate with vendors regarding defective equipment, repairs, licensing, and warranty support.
Support ERP, manufacturing, and production-related business systems as assigned.
Assist with special IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, and technology improvement initiatives.
Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service while interacting with employees across departments.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
Two or more years educational experience in related fields of study and / or work experience preferred. 
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates must be able to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users, demonstrate strong organizational skills, manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, and show a willingness to learn new technologies while working in a team-oriented environment.
Language Skills Ability
Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, correspondence, and documentation. Ability to effectively communicate with employees, vendors, and management in both written and verbal formats
Reasoning Skills
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and troubleshoot issues involving several variables in standardized situations.
Physical Demands
The position may require sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, lifting equipment up to 40 pounds, and working with computer and networking hardware.
