Razor is hiring a 100% Remote Junior / Entry-Level Customer Service Technician to support users with technical issues and system-related questions. This role is ideal for individuals beginning their careers in technical support who are patient, clear communicators, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. No prior technical support experience is required, as training will be provided. This position serves as the front line between users and technical teams, helping resolve issues, guide users through fixes, and escalate problems when necessary. Education & Certification Requirements No information provided. Clearance Requirements Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust or similar clearance. Onsite Requirements 100% Remote Responsibilities Respond to user questions and basic technical issues. Follow guides and scripts to help resolve common problems.
