We are hiring Customer Service Specialists at multiple levels (Entry-Level to Senior) to deliver exceptional support across chat, email, and phone channels. Key Responsibilities (All Levels)
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and/or phone
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
