Role

The Office Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of a small team by managing administrative tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, this position entails handling a variety of duties ranging from reception and scheduling to document preparation and communication, utilizing both specialized and standard office software including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Perform reception duties including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data records
  • Organize and file documents systematically
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • Manage office inventory and supply orders
