Do You Want a Career with Purpose?

Are you passionate about helping people and ready to make a real difference in the lives of others?

At Brooks Law Group, our mission is simple but powerful: to be the voice and lifeline for the injured and exploited. We’ve been proudly standing up for our clients since 1992 — and now, we’re looking for a compassionate, driven Entry-Level Personal Injury Attorney who’s ready to fight for justice and grow alongside an experienced, purpose-driven legal team.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

At Brooks Law Group, we believe in people — our clients, our team, and our community. Since our founding, we’ve proudly served Central Florida through dedicated advocacy and community involvement. Whether we’re in the courtroom or out in the community, we’re committed to making a positive impact.

We don’t just talk about giving back — we live it. From our Annual Turkey Giveaway to local outreach events and volunteer programs, our team is passionate about serving the community that has supported us for over 30 years.

Here, you will:
  • Make an impact that matters every single day.
  • Learn from top trial attorneys who love to teach, mentor, and help you grow.
  • Gain hands‑on experience in depositions, mediations, and hearings.
  • Be part of a close‑knit, family‑oriented culture that celebrates wins together — both professional and personal.
  • Thrive in a firm that invests in YOU, your career, and your wellbeing.
Perks & Benefits

We offer more than a job — we offer a fulfilling career path and the tools to succeed:

  • Competitive salary commission potential
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Company‑paid life insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Paid holidays and PTO
  • Fitness incentives and wellness programs
  • Team celebrations, firm outings, and community events
  • A culture that values balance, growth, and purpose
What You Will Do
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases with the guidance of senior attorneys
  • Conduct client interviews, evaluate claims, and provide compassionate legal counsel
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence with precision and professionalism
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters
  • Participate in depositions, mediations, and hearings as part of your professional development
  • Negotiate settlements that protect and empower clients
  • Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progress
  • Maintain organized case files and uphold firm standards of excellence
What We’re Looking For
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn
  • Compassionate advocate with a client‑first mindset
  • Prior experience or internship in personal injury law a plus, but not required
