What will you be doing?

  • Support the Transparency process, and ensure that data reporting needs are being met on schedule
  • Support implementation of new programs requiring transparency reporting, working with managers and third-party vendors to onboard teams and set-up requirements
  • Conduct training for new hires and managers on Transparency specific data capture requirements
  • Investigate and resolve HCP data related issues or concerns
  • Work with field teams to collect and store relevant spend documentation
  • Monitor and report on internal data relating to the Inizio Engage's Transparency Reporting program
  • Submit outbound files based on agreed upon schedules
  • Support training initiatives across programs

What do you need for this position?

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work related experience
  • 1 year + experience in an administrative role
  • Highly motivated individual with strong process-orientation, data analytics, or technical expertise
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Database systems

The base pay range for this position is $35K – $65K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
