Job Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. VP & Chief Strategy Officer, the Enrollment Analytics and Narrative Coordinator is an entry-level position responsible for collecting, organizing, and interpreting enrollment data; developing visual reports and dashboards; and translating data into clear, actionable narratives that support informed strategies for student recruitment, support, and retention.
Required Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree required in Film, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present information clearly to different audiences.
3. Experience working with data in everyday tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar applications - or willingness to learn quickly.
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work products.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build positive working relationships.
6. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check. Candidates for hire will be required to sign a waiver authorizing the background check.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
7. Related skills in visual communication, narrative structure, and audience-centered storytelling.
8. Experience with data visualization or design tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
