Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Architectural Project Manager to join the firm as part of a Retail group within our Interiors sector. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results.   • Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a retail project
  • Coordinate all phases of the design process in full life cycle projects
  • Translate concepts and information into images
  • Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables
  • Manage contract administration responsibilities
  • Coordinate with a variety of consultants
  • Provide leadership to staff/team
  • Manage client relations and ensure client satisfaction
  • Function in a team lead capacity, while working on multiple, challenging projects

  • 20+ years of experience in commercial design; Retail experience expected
  • Display strong design portfolio showing strengths in conceptual design, space planning skills, and detailing
  • Revit proficiency and technical excellence
  • Thorough understanding of how a drawing set goes together
  • Acumen for how things are built and constructability, and the ability to apply that knowledge to support the project design and budget
  • Understanding of building and accessibility codes
