This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to conduct sessions and collaborate with team members from the comfort of your home. The outpatient setting means you will be engaging with clients who are actively seeking support for a range of mental health concerns. You will utilize digital communication tools for therapy sessions, maintain comprehensive client records securely online, and participate in regular virtual team meetings to ensure the best practices in client care are upheld.

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, interpret data, and formulate clinical diagnoses that guide treatment planning.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing clients' unique needs, enabling them to explore their challenges in a safe and constructive environment.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring swift access to appropriate care and resources.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and comprehensive care for each client.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options available, and community resources; advocate for client needs within health systems.
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals of various ages and backgrounds dealing with a multitude of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will be pivotal in guiding clients through their therapeutic processes and assisting them in achieving lasting, positive outcomes.

• Must be a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills essential for effective treatment delivery.
• A minimum of two years of related experience in mental health counseling is required.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team setting.

• Previous experience within a clinical setting is advantageous, with a focus on outpatient therapy, though it is not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
