Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses and developing effective treatment plans tailored to each individual.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches, enhancing clients' coping mechanisms.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stability.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes to comply with ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionalsโ€”including psychiatrists and social workersโ€”to coordinate and improve comprehensive care for clients.
