About the Role:
Join JRF Technology, LLC as a Lab Technician Formulator in Tampa, FL! This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to innovative formulations in a dynamic team environment.ย  This is an entry-level, full-time position with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct formulation experiments and testing to develop new products.
  • Prepare and analyze samples using laboratory equipment and techniques.
  • Document results and maintain accurate records of experiments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize formulations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the lab.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving formulation issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in formulation technology.
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in batch making, blending, mixing, or compounding.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a chemical, food, dietary supplement, or cosmetic laboratory setting.
  • Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) environments is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with standard laboratory instruments and equipment.
  • General knowledge of wet chemistry methods including weights, volumes and measures, viscosity, density, pH, and titrations.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • A degree in Chemistry or a related science is highly preferred.
  • High School diploma, GED, or technical school training with relevant work experience may also be acceptable.
  • Experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in formulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
