Entry-Level Automotive Interior Technician-Paid Training! – No Experience Needed! 
Training: Fully Paid (Includes Travel, Food, and Transportation)  
 

Training compensation at the hourly rate, then phased combo compensation of hourly rate and commission as you move out of training and start building your customer base! 

Commission-based uncapped earning potential. 

Long-term earning potential: $60,000-$110,000+

 What You’ll Do: 

  • Travel to customer locations (dealerships, auctions, and more) to perform mobile interior repairs 

  • Repair rips, tears, burns, stains, and other cosmetic damage in vehicle interiors 

  • Mix dyes and restore surfaces to like-new condition 

  • Build strong customer relationships and promote our services 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Strong customer service and communication skills 

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and precision 

  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions 

  • Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks 

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently 

  • Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 15 pounds 

  • Vision abilities including close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment 

  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

The starting compensation is expected to be:

$21.00/Hour
