Job Purpose
The TechnipFMC Global Rotational Graduate is part of a 2-year development program that provides entry- level graduates with direct experience in up to three different Project Controls related roles, setting the foundation for early career growth and development. Every six to eight months, the Rotational Graduate will rotate to a different area to be determined per the Graduate Program Manager. In each of these structured rotations, rotation graduates will be working on real projects with real responsibility and gaining a holistic understanding of the project controls and planning processes at TechnipFMC while the graduate participates in specific development activities to complement these work assignments.
The Global Rotational Graduate program consists of formal and on-the-job training, and professional development with built-in leadership and mentorship opportunities to help Rotational graduates to diversify their skillset through placements in various functions across our business.
At the successful completion of the rotation program, the Graduate program management team will determine the Rotational Graduate placement into the organization that aligns with the graduate career goals and meets the business's needs.
Job Description
  • Participate in up to three different Project Controls related roles (including, but not limited to Schedulilng, Risk, Cost Control, Tendering) over a 2-year period, rotating every six to eight months as determined by the Graduate Program Manager.
  • Work on real projects or contribute with the regular department activities with significant responsibilities, contributing to the planning and execution processes at TechnipFMC.
  • Engage in formal and on-the-job training, and professional development activities to build a diverse skillset.
  • Take advantage of built-in leadership and mentorship opportunities to enhance professional growth.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of various functions within the business through diverse placements.
  • Participate in specific development activities designed to complement work assignments and enhance learning.
  • Collaborate with various teams and departments to gain insights into different aspects of the business and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Contribute to innovative solutions and problem-solving initiatives within the role, applying critical thinking and creativity.
  • Regularly participate in performance evaluations and feedback sessions to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and set goals for future rotations.
  • Build a professional network within TechnipFMC by engaging with colleagues, mentors, and industry professionals during rotations and development activities.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while performing job duties.
  • Proactively contribute to proposed local and global activities design for the GGRP.

You are meant for this job if:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance or similar with graduation within the last 2 years or be in their final year of university, demonstrating strong academic performance, technical skills, and a passion for the energy industry.
