Atlas Tech is a rapidly expanding company supporting the U.S. Military and other Government entities and we are seeking a passionate, flexible, and highly motivated team player to join our group of Technology professionals. We are looking for a talented 'AN/BYG-1 Submarine Combat Control System Engineering Technician' to support ongoing submarine modernization efforts.

This is a full-time position working out of Groton, CT. If you are comfortable in intense, fast-paced environments, can think on your feet, and can excel in team-based collaborative efforts, then this may be the right job for you. The Engineering Technician will perform technical evaluations and required corrective actions for the AN/BYG-1 Submarine Combat Control System in accordance with DoD and U.S.

Navy Maintenance Procedures, and Cyber System instructions. Travel: up to 10% You Will: * Provide support in a variety of engineering tasks in the installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, calibration, testing, operation of the AN/BYG-1 Submarine Combat Control System in accordance with engineering specifications * Support systems engineering activities with subject matter expertise * Assist with testing and evaluations; perform validations/verifications of the AN/BYG-1 Combat Control System * Assist in the disassembly, reassembly, installation and testing of the AN/BYG-1 Submarine Combat Control System * Assist in accomplishing Engineering Change Instructions (ECI's) * Develop technical and/or engineering data for Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS), technical manuals, troubleshooting procedures, drawing updates, operation procedures, and maintainability improvements * Be the direct on-site customer interface for equipment/systems installation, testing, survey, fabrication, and other engineering tasks as needed * Comply with engineering documentation standards, engineering plans, and system specifications and test procedures; review change proposals for equipment impacts You Have: * U.S. Citizenship * Possession of and the ability to maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance.
