Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Engineer to support quality control operations within a fast-paced electronics manufacturing facility producing advanced AI server equipment.


This position focuses on inspecting and testing PCBA and electronic assemblies, identifying defects, verifying corrective actions, and working with production and engineering teams to improve product quality. The ideal candidate will have experience with electronics manufacturing, PCBA inspection, quality tools, or electronic assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and test PCBA and electronic assemblies for quality and workmanship
  • Identify, document, and report product or manufacturing defects
  • Verify corrective actions are properly implemented and effective
  • Maintain accurate inspection, testing, and corrective action records
  • Update QC inspection checklists based on product, process, and customer changes
  • Track inspection feedback and support audit readiness
  • Lead or assist with investigations into recurring quality issues
  • Work with production, engineering, supplier quality, and manufacturing teams to determine root causes
  • Support corrective and preventive action activities
  • Conduct and maintain PFMEA documentation to identify process risks
  • Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement projects
  • Train and guide production employees on quality standards and inspection procedures
  • Prepare quality reports for management review

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in quality control, inspection, electronics manufacturing, or a related production environment
  • Familiarity with PCBA, electronic components, or electronic assembly processes
  • Basic knowledge of quality tools such as Pareto charts, histograms, and check sheets
  • Ability to identify workmanship defects and product quality concerns
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and good vision
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare quality reports
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn new inspection methods, products, and quality procedures
  • Reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience inspecting PCBA, motherboards, servers, or electronic assemblies
  • Knowledge of IPC workmanship or inspection standards
  • Experience with PFMEA, root cause analysis, CAPA, or corrective actions
  • Experience working with SMT or final assembly production
  • Familiarity with Kaizen or continuous improvement principles
  • Experience using electronic inspection or quality tracking systems

  • Combination of office and electronics production floor work
  • Requires standing and walking for extended periods during inspections
  • Occasional lifting of materials weighing up to 25 pounds
