The successful candidate is expected to accomplish the following outcomes during the first year in the position:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Independently administer assigned DoD contracts, modifications, and billing actions with 98% or greater accuracy.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Maintain 100% on-time contract deliverables, billing submissions, and customer reporting requirements.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Develop standardized contract administration and billing trackers, SOPs, and continuity files within 90 days.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Familiar with FAR/DFARS compliance, contract documentation, and invoicing processes within 90 days.

Responsibilities:

The Corporate Contracts Administrator II provides entry-level contract administration support for Department of Defense programs. This position supports contract lifecycle administration, billing and invoicing activities, subcontract coordination, and customer reporting. The role ensures compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and company policies throughout the contract lifecycle. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Administer assigned DoD contracts, task orders, modifications, and contract files.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Prepare and submit customer invoices and billing packages in accordance with contract requirements.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Monitor contract funding, periods of performance, deliverables, and compliance milestones.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Coordinate with Program Managers, Finance, Contracts, and customers to resolve contract and billing issues.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Review contract documents for compliance with FAR, DFARS, and company policies.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Support subcontract administration, purchase requisitions, and contract closeout activities.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Maintain accurate electronic contract files, trackers, and reporting metrics.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Qualifications:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Minimum of 5-7 years of related contracts administration, finance, billing, or federal contracting experience.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  At least 1 year of Department of Defense (DoD) contracting experience.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Experience of preparing customer invoices and contract billing packages.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Experience managing electronic contract records, maintaining accurate contract files, tracking deliverables and milestones, and preparing contract status reports and performance metrics.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Proficientย  in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, data analysis, reporting, and tracking contract and billing information.

The following qualifications are desired:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Experience with Unanet Accounting System

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  NCMA certification (CFCM, CCCM, or working toward certification).

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Experience supporting CPFF, FFP, and T&M contracts.

Travel:ย ย  ย ย  Up to 10% as required.
