Field TrainerJob Summary

TheFieldTrainerpositionis an entry level position thatassumes the responsibility of learning,operating, and training on various software systems that the companyutilizesto perform and enhance best practices.This job requires some travel to work with various branches in onboarding and training.Building and conductingtrainingsis a priority for this position and requires excellent public speaking, organizational and computer skills as well as content knowledge. This role requires working closely with other departments to strategize, provideinsightand train on new processes.

Field Trainer Essential Functions and Duties

  • Travel to Branch locations to train and instruct internal employeesas needed
  • Conduct new hire trainings
  • Be a subject matter expert on software programs
  • Manage and create LMS (Learning Management System)modules
  • Create virtual trainings and conduct them independently
  • Co-conduct corporate trainings
  • Answer training helpdesk tickets
  • Work closely with the support center departments toassistwith operational trainings
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of your working time
  • Regular and reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this position
